What is a Lay Evangelism Festival?

It is an occasion where lay men and women who are passionate about the privilege they have of being His messengers gather together and  celebrate the joy of sharing Jesus and His truth.  It is also a time to be fed by inspirational speakers, attend valuable seminars and be blessed through powerful testimonies.
